Penny Lane Families Foster Family Agency
NORTH HILLS, CALIFORNIA
As part of Global Volunteer Day program, a global community outreach initiative now in its fifth year Garpot Studio joined The McGraw-Hill Company and J.D. Power and Associates along with celebrity dance choreographer Shane Sparks, celebrity singer/actress/dancer Christina Milian and volunteers from Westlake Village to volunteer our time to take part in a team building event at the Penny Lane Agency in North Hills. The event is designed to help the children work together, rely on one another, and offer one another their support.
We would like to say thank you to all the volunteers that gave their time to give back to the community. It was awesome to see and be able to bring a smile to these young girls' faces. Remember that if you can make just the smallest differences in someone's life then all your hard work is worth it - even a smile.
About the Penny Lane Centers: Founded in 1969, Penny Lane is a multi-ethnic, non-denominational organization. Each year, Penny Lane serves 2,900 children, teens and families, providing residential care, remedial education, foster care, adoption services, and outpatient mental health service for families throughout Los Angeles County. Penny Lane's mission is to foster hopes and dreams by empowering children, adults and families to achieve their potential.
